Can we convert a MIDI file to a digital wave audio file? Can we convert a digital wave audio to a MIDI file? Please answer me in English Thanks

We can convert a MIDI file to a digital wave audio file. To do that you need to have a full duplex sound card like AWE64, then after the recording, you can save it as a wave file. But we can't convert a digital wave audio to a MIDI file. Because wave file can have human sound but a MIDI file could only have music sound. If you convert a wave file to a MIDI file, it will only become some strange sounds.
