I can only answer you few questions. RFID --- not ready to implement Transportation— Team Fresh bread, Frozen bread, Biscuit and between China and Hong Kong transport team. Fresh bread team have about 60 vehicles to delivery 4000 orders per day. You can see the Garden bread’s truck on the street easily. Frozen bread and Biscuit have about 20 vehicles to delivery 400 orders per day. Three trailers provided China and Hong Kong transportation services. Order processing & information systems----Received orders from phone, Fax and E-mail or E-order. IT department uploaded order to the printing invoice system. Pass the invoice to distribution department for delivery. After finished the delivery the invoice send to accounting department and than issues the credit note to the customers. information systems from IBM.
